Welcome to Pyrafy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pyrafy website and services (the "Service"), operated under the name Pyrafy ("Pyrafy", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Pyrafy is a marketplace for digital top-ups and subscriptions, including streaming subscriptions, in-game currency top-ups, and similar digital products. Products are fulfilled either by a live agent through the order chat, by automatically issuing a pre-loaded code, or by topping up a service account using information you provide (such as an in-game ID).
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your place of residence, to purchase from Pyrafy. If you are under that age, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Payments on Pyrafy are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. This means Paddle handles the payment transaction, billing, and applicable taxes. Your payment is subject to Paddle's terms in addition to ours. Prices are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate information needed for fulfillment, which may include your contact email and, depending on the product, your service account email, a game ID, or a region. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Most orders are completed within minutes, but timing can vary depending on the product and verification.
For products that require account access or a game ID, you are responsible for providing correct details. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information you supply.
You agree not to use the Service to engage in fraud or abuse. In particular, you must not:
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, and to refuse or cancel any order, at our discretion, including where we reasonably suspect fraud, chargeback abuse, use of stolen payment methods, or any breach of these Terms. Where an order is cancelled before delivery, any payment will be returned through Paddle.
Products offered on Pyrafy relate to third-party platforms (for example, streaming and gaming services). Pyrafy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those platforms. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party service you use.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pyrafy's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
