We collect only what we need to operate the Service and fulfill your orders:
We use your information to create and manage your account, process and deliver your orders, communicate with you about your orders and provide support, send order confirmations and receipts by email, and detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues.
Some products require details to deliver, such as the email of the account you want activated or a game ID for a top-up. These details are used solely to fulfill your order and are not retained as a permanent record beyond what is needed to complete and support the order. We never ask for more than what is required to deliver, and we will never ask for your password to a third-party service through unofficial means.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as our Merchant of Record. When you pay, your payment details are provided to and handled by Paddle under their own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of payment and limited order details, but not your full payment card information.
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the Service, including our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, and Paddle for payments. These providers process information only as needed to provide their service to us.
We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers such as advertising pixels. We use only the cookies and local session data necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service.
We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Fulfillment details provided for a specific order are not kept longer than necessary.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and secure password storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.
Pyrafy is intended for users who are 18 or older, or who use the Service with parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the age of majority without such consent.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated notice.
